How to be happy

 Hey, guys here's are some tips to be cheerful and joy. As u know why u came here. We are here to change ur thinking about yourself. Oh no I will not change it, I will just give some tips. You yourself will change it.......




#change ur thinking about the things around you:


1. Treat humans as human and things as thing..

Sometimes we give more attention to "thing" than "human"....if u have this habbit change it quickly.



2.  Imagine urself in place   of your  opposition/elder/younger/teacher/parents who is trying to convince or motivate u for something.....which u don't wanna Understand.

  • The profit will be big, after doing this u will clearly Understand what other people wants and thought about u....
  • U will be fresh.
  • U will become more understanding .

3. Before celebrating a bad day, ask urself "was it really bad"??



4. Treat urself as a QUEEN/KING of ur domain.



5. Try to spent only 9min of ur 24hour with the oldest one of ur house.
  • U can take a sip of tea with them
  • The profit is u will get experience from them.


6. It's 2 a.m and u are still awake, give a coffee treat to urself, and start planning what do u want from urself in next 1 year.
  • Make a year planner.

Don't take any decision in anger

We all know the secret thing very well, but when it comes, we are not able to control it, when we get angry, we start narrating it, whether it is his fault or not. I mix it and mix it well, sometimes in anger, they take such a decision that do not ask if this gu comes on anyone in the house, then there is little to worry, because the family members know that right now Anger does not consider this thing so bad, but if this anger comes on someone in the office, then it can have very bad consequences. Office people do not forgive you. And why should he even forgive? It has nothing to do with your nature. They just want to keep calm, restrained and perfect man in their office, who never gives back answer, so if you work in office, it is better to control anger, you have nothing to control anger. You just have to get out of the place where there is a fight. Stop talking to that person for a while, because of which you have got angry, because many times it has been seen that in anger we bring our self-esteem in the middle. We start feeling that how did the person in front scolded me in front of so many people? How did he get so courageous? I don't need to work with such people, we come to our table angrily and write a letter of resignation and send it to him. After a day or two after going home, when the mind is there, we realize that the quarrel was not even that big, for which we resigned straight away. Somewhere it was my fault too. If he had just listened with his hands tied behind his back and bowed his head, then perhaps such a good job would not have gone out of hand.

💡Important note to talk..

📌No matter how angry you get, do not give it at that time, even if you feel that
Take the time that you have been. Calm down and take the decision after two days.

📌Someone has rightly said that decisions taken in anger are right.
So it is better to wait till the anger subsides first.
