Don't be discouraged, you are a diamond too
A man went to Runanak Sahib and he said, Guruji, what is the value of life? Guru Nanak ji gave him a stone and said, go and come after finding out the value of this stone, but take care not to sell the stone, the man took the stone to an orange man in the market and said, what is its price? The orange man looking at the bright stone said, take 12 oranges and give it to me. The man said to the orange man, the guru has said that it is not to be sold. Now he went to a vegetable seller. The vegetable seller saw that shiny stone and said, take a sack of potatoes and leave this stone with me. The man said, I do not want to sell it, next went to a goldsmith selling gold and showed him the stone. The goldsmith said sell it for 50 lakh rupees. He refused, so the goldsmith said, give it for two crore rupees. The man told the goldsmith that my guru has refused to sell it. Next he went to a jeweler selling diamonds and showed him the stone. When the jeweler saw that prized ruby, he first laid a red cloth near the ruby and then circled that prized ruby. He bowed his head, then the jeweler said, 'From where did you get this precious ruby? It cannot be valued even by selling the whole universe, the whole world. It is invaluable.'
The man got shocked and came straight to the Guru. She told her ordeal and said, 'Now then tell me Guruji, what is the value of human life? Guru Nanak said that you first showed the stone to the orange man. He told it to cost 12 oranges. Next went to the vegetable seller. He told its price as a sack of potatoes, further the goldsmith told two crore rupees and the jeweler told it to be valuable. Now this is your human value, you are undoubtedly a diamond, but the person in front will judge you by your position, your knowledge, your status and purpose, do not panic, because in the world you will also find people who recognize you.

don't try to do everything yourself
Had two brothers. His father had a big business. Both helped in father's business. There was profit, but still the father used to pay special attention to the way of working of both the brothers. He wanted that instead of taking today's profits as permanent, both of them should learn the right methods of work so that they can earn profits everywhere. One day the father called both of them and handed over a big project each and gave a team of ten members to complete it in the stipulated time. Now both the brothers started working. The elder brother knew, the father had special value for hard work. So he started doing everything with his own hands. He did not want to depend on the members of the team, while the younger brother instead of doing everything himself, divided the work among the team on the very first day. Here the elder brother was engaged in hard work day and night, while the younger brother's team continued to excel in the small tasks that he got. When the deadline was met, the younger brother's project was completed, but not the elder brother's. Then the father explained to him, it is very good to work hard, but it is also very important to have the right distribution of work and use the available labor force. understand this mantra to elder brother
